term rentals are available for people planning to visit/stay in
St. Kitts for an extended period of time. Some of the terms
and conditions for long term rentals include:
- NO PETS ALLOWED (including cats, dogs, and birds)
- 3 month
leases
- $750
USD/month for 1 bedroom
- $1,300
USD/month for 2 bedrooms
